Terms of Use
Introduction
- 1.1www.emues.com is a social network and an online platform where Fans, Artists and Venues can meet and which brings you as a Fan the opportunity to decide whos on stage in what city. When enough tickets are sold, the gig is on!
- 1.2www.emues.com is offered to you conditioned to your acceptance without alteration of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are applicable when you register as a Fan and when you purchase concert tickets through www.emues.com.
Contract Formation
- 2.1By pressing the I Accept box when you register as a Fan, you agree on these Terms and Conditions and confirm that the information submitted by you is true, accurate and complete. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions each time you as a registered Fan purchase a ticket to a suggested and/or booked concert. When purchasing a concert ticket, you will also confirm that you are 18 years of age or more.
- 2.2It is your obligation to update the information submitted on www.emues.com in order to keep it current.
Services
- 3.1Emues shall work in its Fans, Artists and Venues best interest and undertakes to do its best in order for a suggested concert to become reality. Emues is only a platform and intermediary service between Fans, Artists, and Venues and shall not give any guaranties or make any warranties and shall not have any liability for the Venues and/or the Artists performance or services.
- 3.2When buying a ticket for a suggested concert you will receive an e-mail confirmation from www.emues.com and you accept that Emues makes no guarantees that the required amount of tickets will be sold and/or that the suggested concert will be booked. Emues undertakes to inform you within reasonable time on www.emues.com when a suggested concert has been declined or accepted by a Venue/Artist, or when it is clear that a suggested concert will not be booked.
- 3.3When you as a Fan buy a ticket for a suggested concert, you have the right to cancel your purchase for a period of 14 days after you have received your e-mail confirmation. However, if the concert is booked within this 14-days period, you have no right to cancel the purchase (Sw: ngerrtt).
- 3.4When a suggested concert has been accepted by an Artist and Venue and when enough tickets have been sold, a concert will be booked. Any other concert open for sale to the same date as the booked concert will then expire. You may print your ticket to the booked concert on www.emues.com.
- 3.5When a suggested concert is booked, you enter into an agreement with the Venue as organizer for the concert and you accept the Venues terms and conditions for the event.
Prices
- 4.1All prices are set by the Artists and Venues.
- 4.2When purchasing a ticket for a suggested and/or booked concert, Emues will charge a fee of five percent of the ticket price. Emues fee and charges are included in the calculated ticket price for a suggested concert.
Payment and repayment
- 5.1Emues offers secure payment via Samport, www.samport.se.
- 5.2When a ticket for a suggest concert is bought, your payment will be registered and visible on your Wallet on www.emues.com.
Privacy
When you register as a Fan on Emues, you agree on Emues Privacy Policy. You agree that Emues is entitled to collect and process your personal information in accordance with Emues Privacy Policy applicable from time to time.
Restrictions of Use
- 7.1As a Fan on Emues, you agree on the following (including but not exclusive) commitments:
- 7.1.1You will only use Emues for its intended purpose, i.e. suggesting concerts and purchasing concert tickets;
- 7.1.2You will not upload viruses or other spiteful code;
- 7.1.3You will not bully, harass or intimidate any user on Emues;
- 7.1.4You will not use Emues to do anything unlawful, misleading or malicious.
- 7.2In view of the above, if any unacceptable behaviour is discovered, Emues has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and un-register you as a Fan. Upon termination, all payments made and registered on your Wallet, except the fee for Emues services (section 4.2 above), will be repaid as soon as possible to your credit card.

Intellectual Property
All information available on www.emues.com is protected by the copyright act. This means that the content, text, photos, graphic or other material may not be stored, copied or duplicated or in any other way exploited without Emues prior written consent.
Limitations and Modifications of Technology
Technical difficulties or maintenance may cause temporary interruptions on the website www.emues.com. Emues reserves the right to, at any time, adjust or discontinue functions of www.emues.com with or without prior notice.
Responsibility for the Services
Emues will not compensate any loss owing to operational interruption or other technical circumstances which make it impossible or difficult to use www.emues.com.
Linking
www.emues.com may contain links to other websites on the Internet, which are owned and operated by third parties. This does, however, not imply that Emues is associated with these websites or their proprietors. Furthermore, Emues is not responsible for other parties websites and/or their content. Every time you are linked to a third party website, Emues recommend you to review the websites privacy policy, and terms and conditions.
Term
These Terms and Conditions will become effective when you have pushed the I Accept Box when creating your account. You will be asked to confirm these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase a ticket.
Changes to the Agreement
Emues has the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of the Terms and Conditions applicable from time to time. If any material changes are made, these will be communicated to you via the e-mail address submitted by you. Your acceptance of and/or continued use of Emues services after such notification of changes will constitute your acceptance.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Swedish law. Any disputes with relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by the competent Swedish Courts.
